Yes.  We require a thorough screening and identity verification of all our clientele to ensure that the short term rental exchange is built from a place of trust and confidence.

Guests may range from individuals on travel for work or leisure, to perhaps small families on vacation together.  

How does Rhythm Stays control noise levels?

We use high quality noise detectors that alert us when the noise limit we set is being encroached upon or has been surpassed.  We are then able to communicate with the guests to adjust their volume

How are Rhythm Stays’ properties maintained?

Immediately following a guests departure, the property will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a local professional cleaning company.
